As you are not passed 12th yet,you are giving your compartment exam this year in march.
so your eligible as the 12th appearing student not as passed .
so you need to opt the the appearing 12 option the ,there is no ned to fill

You can't apply for NEET as you already completed the year for intermediate. the students who are in 12 and the results are awaited can apply for neet.
You have completed your 12 in 2019 and yet your one paper is still back so it won't get considered. so
The last date for various programs such as postgraduate, postdoctoral, PhD, Super Speciality at NIMHANS is 31st Jan, 2020.
Exam will be conducted for these on 28th and 29th March, 2020.
