Hi , i have completed my bachelor's graduation as in Bsc.electronics of 3 years in 2019 March & i have 2 back log papers i have written it & just have to get the results anyway i am sure about that ill pass it . so my question is that can i take Msc.Biomedical Instrumentation ? without my Prov.cert

You not mentioned any college or exam in your quesry.But to get admission in any college you have passed your graduation in the discipline concerned from a recognized board or university.You must obtain the results by the time you get admission in a college.And for candidates who are in final year or appearing final year in 2020 will be eligible to get admission provisionally.But you are not eligible to get admission provisionally.
