    i completed 2 years of B.com course through ignou jorhat rc. Now third year i changed my regional and study centres to chandigarh recently on 13 Nov 19. where should i submit my assignments before 31 March 20- old or new study centre ?

    As you mentioned you've changed your study centre, so you've to submit your assignment  to the study centre in Chandigarh only which is your current study centre. You can also contact the coordinator of your new study centre regarding any issue, they are always there to help you.
