i am a student of private univ. in india competed btech in 2018..but 2 back logs still remained now its 2020 march coming so can any1 tell me if i can not get the opportunity 2 clear backs n get degree, or i can get degree with failed subjects, or my degree will be cancelled now, ?

So, basically what happens is that one can has to clear all the backlogs within 3 years after completion of 4 year of b.tech course.Every College/University in india provide 7 year to complete your technical graduation degree you will have to clear all your backlogs withing the time frame or you will be given NFTE which will further make you ineligible for admission in any University for professional degree.
You have plenty of time left, don't worry and don't panic just study hard and pass because not a tough task.
