You are not eligible to write NEET in 2018 but you can attempt it in 2019. The eligibility criteria states that you have to turn 17 by the end of the year in which you attempted NEET during admission process.

• yes 31 is good score for a pwd student ... you are eligible for jee advance examination ... but there is only 3% seat reservation so if your score is good enough to compete other pwd student then you will surely get seat in the 3% reservation

Only candidates with B.Architecture are eligible for admission in M.Architecture. However one can apply in related courses like M.Arch in architectural conservation, industrial design and urban design, building engineering and management.
