As the application for any examination is considered complete only after full process of candidate detail submission and payment within a time limit provided, your application might have been declared incomplete after 13 April being that the last date to do all formalities.

Hi, I would advise you not to do any engineering or architecture courses by distance mode. They are not recognised and MHRD has specified this. So it will be a waste of your money.

Only graduates in architecture are eligible for admission to the master's degree course in architecture ( M.arch.)
Take it as a privilege. Nobody else ( except civil engineering graduates in certain specialisation areas )
If you are getting low marks, then you won't be able to get admission in a reputed college. But, don't think all other colleges are of low level. In my opinion, it doesn't matter where you are, you have to give your best. You mentioned that you were good in
