You can surely change your college and course but you have to appear for entrances and all admissions procedure again. Otherwise you need to check with your colleges whether they allow migration within some other college in the university or changing course in the same college itself. Do not worry, many people shift colleges and courses due to unsuitability of them for various reasons.

To take admissions to this program various entrance tests conducted at national and state level.The candidates can apply for B.Tech Marine Engineering through entrance exams or direct entry also. Most of the institutions take admission through entrance exams. Some institutions like C.V. Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar offer direct entry alongside entrance test.

The basic eligibility criteria for this course is 10+2 with science subjects.

IMU CET (Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test) is a national level entrance exam conducted for admissions into various disciplines of UG and PG courses offered by its five campuses (Cochin, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Vishakhapatnam). MHT CET is Maharashtra Common Entrance Test it is for Technical and non technical courses but not for maritime courses.

Yes you can go for bank exams after you complete your graduation. It does not matter in which branch you have completed the engineering in whether it is marnie, computer etc. You just need to pass your engineering course. 

You can apply for exams like sbi, rrb, icici etc. bank exams.
