Sorry to inform you that Vellore Institute Technology, Vellore and Mahatma Gandhi mission's Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering college both doesn't have Marine Engineering in their curriculum.
Therefore i advice you to look for other options.

every colleges has some rules and regulations for students, if you have tatoos on body but it is on inner side then it may not be a problem , According to the guidelines provided by UPSC and SSB board, permanent tattoos are only allowed only on the inner face

Dear Leon, for being eligible for B.Sc IT, you should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your subjects. But if you haven't studied Mathematics in your 10+2, unfortunately you are not eligible for B.Sc IT. Mathematics is a compulsory subject for B.Sc IT.
