The cut off or closing rank for naval architecture and marine engineering is 4085 in 2020 and it is for general category . Hence to obtain 4085 rank in AP eamcet ideal to get 70-79 marks these are expected marks for given rank. This year there is no ipe weightage hence choose according to it.

It is difficult to get in marine engineering course with this rank in the cusat as the last year cut of was for the rnak 716 and no of seats is only 40 . As you are a muslim there a chance that you can get in the course. But you can get in other branches under the cusat collegs with this rank easily. There is only one Institution that provides Bachelor of Program in Marine Engineering that is

• Praveenya Institute of Marine Engineering and Maritime Studies, Vizianagaram. This is the Private Institute and recognised by AICTE.
• Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, which is the private institution and accredited by NAAC and recognised by AICTE.

According to 2019 AP EAMCET rank cut off for Andhra University is  29364 and there is no cut off data available for Praveenya Institute for marine engineering program. Hope you find this information helpful. all the best for admission.
