Salary depends on which company hires you. Average salary for freshers ranges from 3-5 lakhs per annum. It will increase with experience. If you have done MBA from a good institute or got placed in a good company then the starting salary is higher.

Its just a misconception . It actually depends upon your profile. If your profile is good obviously you will be placed . So just focus on the co curricular along with the curriculum. Do more of social service, try doing internships of the area of your specification. This
