If you got more than 50% marks in 12th standard with PCB group individually then your grace marks will be  no problem for you in NEET UG exam counselling. As you are not appearing in the merit list of NEET UG then there is   some problem in calculation

Hey there! You are completely eligible for a seat in government BAMS college with your neet scores. The minimum neet scores required for admission in a govt. BAMS  college is 350 as of 2021. According to this, you can easily get a seat in your desired institution.

There is no matter of 12th marks for JEE exam...this 12th class marks will be added 25% in Eamcet only but not JEE main...

As per my knowledge, Index Medical College, Indore has only State Quota Seats and no All India Quota Seats. As you are from Jharkhand, irrespective of your marks in NEET UG 2021, you won't be able to get admission in Index Medical College.
