Based on your marks, you might not qualify, because the minimum marks to qualify are 40 out of 160. However, final results also depend on normalisation, and since you are just on the threshold, you might just qualify, although you don't depend on it.

610 marks par MBBS GMC me seat milna possible hai, lekin guaranteed nahi hota. Yeh completely aapke NEET rank , category (General/OBC/SC/ST), state quota aur us saal ke cutoff par depend karta hai. Kuch states me 610 pe government medical college mil jata hai, especially reserved category ya home
Getting a seat as an OBC candidate getting a government MBBS seat with your score (346) is difficult as cut-offs for OBC candidates generally stay between 400-500 marks.
There are chances that you might get a government seat in BDS , BHMS , BAMS or even BSc Nursing
