If you h ave scored 74% from Medical, you may not be able to get an admission in Journalism UG Course from LSR, as cut-offs are far higher, and you would be at a disagvantage of 2.5% for changing your stream to Humanities.

Yes, you can get admission in Delhi University at 80%( I am assuming that it is your best of four percentage). You can get admission in 6th or 7th cut off list. If you have a valid OBC certificate which is either centrally valid or belongs to Non- Creamy
