If you are creatively inclined towards Mass Comm and wish to do such courses, you can pursue short-term certificate programmes for you. Although, it is advisable to complete your 12th with a good percentage and pursue a graduation in mass communication from a good institute.

Hey If we consider top 10 Mass Comm institutes for Masters admission, the age must not exceed 27 (including all category). Some institutes have stated their age limit under eligibility, but it mostly varies from one institution to another. The private institute does not state any age limitation for admission.
