SAT results take approximately 5 weeks to be announced. The Early Action(EA) application for MIT is November 1 and November 30 is the EA deadline to complete all testing requirements for EA. I suggest taking the test in June would be a good idea. DO prepare well.
Admissions at MIT are very competitive. The MIT website reports about 9% of the students are international students.

You are in your 10th, I suggest keep doing well in studies and keep yourself interested in a complete development, sports, studies, social work etc.
For a Masters in Computer Science, I suggest study well and do a Btech in Computer science from a top institute in India. After that, gain a couple of years experience in the field as a Btech with experience counts a lot towards a Mtech/ Masters.
For a Masters program, currently, you have to appear for a GRE exam and an English proficiency test like IELTS, TOEFL. You then apply to the universities of your choice with those scores.
