Yes you can apply for BBA if you don't have mathematics as a subject in class 12th. In fact any student from any stream can apply for BBA.

As per the general eligibility criteria fir BSc Nursing you need to pass 10+2 with atleast 50% marks and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects.

As you say Mathematics students which you imply that you belong to PCM group and without Biology then you aren't eligible for the course.

No it is not compulsory to have Mathematics as your subject in class 12th to be eligible for NCHMCT JEE because NTA has not prescribed any compulsion to have Mathematics in class 12th as a subject to be eligible for NCHMCT JEE.

To give NIMCET the minimum  educational qualification required by the candidate are B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects. So unless you have maths or statistics you will not be eligible
