Hello,

St Xavier's College of Mumbai very old and reputed college. It was established in 1869. It's an autonomous college. In this college total 8 courses are available and BSC in mathematics one of them.

There rank in this college 8 all of arts college last year. So this is good college.

Due to research the college campus is very good and big. Faculties are well educated and friendly.. there huge library present. And canteen food is good. Free WiFi available all campus. Placement also good here..the highest package of salary is 8 lakh per annum. Almost 60% students got placed in every year..so you can join this college dear.

But in Mumbai others colleges are present like

  • NMIMS university
  • Amity University
  • Krishanchand chellaram college
  • University of Mumbai etc.

Im math student in science so can I eligible for b pharma

Hi

Yes, you are eligible B Pharma  even   if you are a Maths student  i. e don't have biology.

This is because,

To be eligible for B Pharma or bachelors in pharmacy, you must have passed your 12th board examination with physics chemistry and Biology/Mathematics and generally you need 50% marks  in aggregate to be eligible  .

So , students with any of biology or mathematics students are eligible for B Pharma

For example,

To be eligible for B Pharma in Government Pharmacy Institute, Gulzarbagh, eligibility criteria says  that you need to pass with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects  along with any of :-

-) Mathematics

-) or Biology subject.

For Bsc Psychology CUET , is math required? As in will the test involve math?

Hi,

You need to have basic knowledge of mathematics for reasoning  as reasoning is one of the subjects. But their is no major mathematics in it and you hardly need t read anything for it. It may require basic reasoning thats all. More weightage is given to General Knowledge,  English and ofcourse Psychology.

Hi aspirants

In order to join BSC (Hons) the PU CET 2021 syllabus  for BSC Hons is Physics, chemistry, biology and Maths. From all four subjects questions will be asked.

For BSC mathematics is 10+2 with 50% marks with Mathematics as one of the subjects .

The questions appearing in the PU CET exam will be multiple types questions which are asked from the syllabus of 10+2. The PU CET question paper is written in English medium and the entrance exam is conducted in computer-based mode. For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from the candidate's total marks. For each correct answer, candidates are rewarded with 2 marks.

B.Sc (Hons) is much more specialized and practical as compared to the B.Sc (General) degree, and academically, B.Sc (Hons) is a more standard degree as compared to B.Sc (general).

To pursue BCA in Canada , you need to complete your 12th standard with an minimum aggregate of 50%. Some universities provide admission based on merit of 12th grade but others are mainly based on the entrance exams and the cutoffs of your SAT and ACT courses.

In US the fees range from 13,500-1,41,000 dollars. A minimum score of 6.5 on IELTS and 79 in TOEFL is preferred.
