Hello,

You can't pursue a UG degree again as you are an graduate now.  it is not possible to hold two UG degree. Every stream has a learning path and it is one way. you can't mix up domains. UG->PG-> PhD (in same domain)

Date of first cutoff list has not been released by DU yet.

This year applicants in DU has been increased by about 1lakh,so chances of your getting college are good as per previous year figures,but we never know this increase in applicants may bring some change in cutoff.
