i have completed B.Sc in Mathematics from University of Madras institute of distance education. I am from West Bengal.. Will government examination value my degree?

As per you say you have completed BSc in mathematics from University of Madras by distance education .this certificate is completely accepted by government. But some of government jobs required graduation on regular basis education you can't apply for these kinds of jobs only

No,  Mathematics is not a compulsory subject for BSC in Agriculture. You can leave maths but make sure you are good in physics , chemistry and biology.

Man see if you are scoring less in mathematics due to some of your problem, then what you can improve is score as highest marks as can be possible for you in physics and chemistry, that wont let your percentage down ,your physics and chemistry marks will overcome
