see you did not mention your category, for general category candidates eligibility criteria is 10+2 with at least 70% marks in aggregate and 75% marks in Mathematics,
for sc/st candidates eligibility criteria is 10+2 with at least 52% marks in aggregate and 56% marks in Mathematics,

see the eligibility criteria for msc in mathematics is you need to pass bachelors degree in mathematics or mathematics as a core subject, candidates who have done be or b.tech course may also apply for m.sc in mathematics, however qualifying marks criteria may differ college to college.
