There are many of them. Almost in every college, university or institution across India Mathematics is available in which you can do your Graduation.
After Science you can go for BSc, BSc Honors in Mathematics. In every state there are private, government colleges.

No,You cant appear for AIIMS. The students who have completed their +2 in PCB i.e Physics,Chemistry & Biology are only eligible to attempt the AIIMS exam.
AIIMS is an entrance exam given by students who aspire to get into medical field, But you are a student of Maths
