Different colleges have different cutoff, some of the colleges take their entrance for admission. Like JMI , AMU and some of the colleges take admission on 12th marks

If you are interested in doing an architecture course it requires to do a 5 year B.Arch( undergraduation) and then after doing this M.Arch is the course that can help you persur the course of your choice.
Doing BSc mathematics isn't of much help to you in doing architecture.
