Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
Assuming you are asking about class XII. So, a bio student don't need to give maths exam unless he/she have additional subject as mathematics. If a student doesn't have Mathematics as an additional subject then he/she need not to give Mathematics exam in class XII.
I hope this will answer your query.
Thanks!!!!!
Hello Aspirant,
If you have completed 10th from Rajasthan Board which is identified institute recognized by AICTE, then you are suitable for the course you are applying for.
You are applying PCM subject combination, then you should have passed the standard maths exam to do so. You said that you have qualified for this exam separately.
Then, according to me, you must upload both the documents as for this subject combination, qualifying for the standard maths exam is essential.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
Dear student,
If you completed class 12th mathematics from National Institute of Open Learning are surely eligible to take admission in regular engineering college. This is simply because NIOS is a recognized board. So, you don't need to worry about this at all.
There are several engineering entrance examinations in India:
Yes, a biology student can apply for NDA without maths but it depends for which post you want to apply. For army wing there is no need of maths but for Navy, Airforce maths is compulsory.
Eligibility Criteria :-
Army Wing of National Defence Academy : If you are applying for Indian Army then you must have passed class 12/HSC in 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy of National Defence Academy : If you are applying for Air Force, Navy and Naval Academy then must have passed class 12/HSC in 10+2 pattern of School Education with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
You can check the complete eligibility with given below link -
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
Hey!
If you decide to not give mathematics board exams, then you will eventually fail in mathematics. But if we look at overall passing, then if you pass in other five subjects, you will be declared overall passed. But, if you further want to seek admission in any course whose eligibility requirement requires a candidate to have studied mathematics in 10+2 and passed as well, then you won't be eligible for that course.
Yes you can give one subject privately in National Institute of Open School (NIOS) , which allows students to appear for upto four subjects in "ondemand" examination. You can also give only one subject in senior secondary examination
among the following subjects
Hindi (301), English (302),Sanskrit (309), Mathematics (311), Physics (312), Chemistry (313), Biology (314), History (315),Geography (316), Political Science (317), Economics (318), Business Studies (319), Accountancy(320), Home Science (321), Psychology (328), Sociology (331), Painting
(332), EnvironmentalScience (333), Mass Communication (335), Data Entry Operations (336). and Introduction to Law (338).
Stream for On-line admission is open throughout the year for those learners who have already passed the Secondary Examination from the recognised Board and wish to take part admission in one subject or up to 4 subjects for updating their qualification, or learners who had appeared but could not clear, or who were eligible but could not appear in the Public Examination of the Secondary level from any recognised Board.
For Secondary and Sr.Secondary (Rs. 500/- per subject + Rs. 200/- for subject involving practical.)

Hope this answers your query!
hello,
For becoming a pilot you need to enrol yourself in an aviation academy and for that you must keep in mind the following things:
So you see the question whether you can pursue maths through NIOS is answered in this. You can pursue the remaining subjects through NIOS board.
hope this helps!!
Dear Aspirant,
there are many ways to join Indian Army at different post and maths is not compulsory to join Indian army.
After 12-
You can either participate in the Rally bharti of your state after 10th or you can give NDA entrance exam to Join Indian Army as a officer.
*In NDA exam there is separate section of maths test you need to pass, without this you will not able to clear the NDA written whether you have take maths in your 12th or not.
After Graduation-
there is CDS exam you can give to join Indian Army after completing your graduation from any stream with minimum 60% with a recognized university.
*there are also some other option to join Indian Army after 12th but for that you need to complete your graduation with a engineering degree.
Good Luck :)
