I have not written maths exam in kcet exam, is there any problem in getting veterinary rank

Kumari Shivani 20th Aug, 2020
Hello,
In KCET exam physics and chemistry questions are compulsory for all students, you have to appear in only one exam from bio/maths.
According to KEA authority they have stated that for veterinary exam
Passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std. and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks in
Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects.  (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and
3B category candidates) .
Ranking will be done on Only on the basis of marks obtained in PCB in CET. (No
Minimum Marks prescribed in CET.)
So there won't be any problem in your veterinary rank.
Thank you

Is 45 marks for maths exam in 10 mean fail or not.

Vaishali Sharma 18th Jul, 2020
Hey dear,
For passing a subject there should be 33% in the exam.
Since you got 45 out of 100. That means you got 45%, so you are pass....
Be happy
Congratulations

I am a class 11 medical student and ought to study medical in canada after 12th for which maths is required, Can i give my maths exam through open board (NIOS) along with my boards instead of taking PCMB at school? PLEASE ANSWER IMMEDIATELY

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 26th Aug, 2020

hi,

see if you want to take nios 12th certificate you have to take atleast of 5 subjects,  the NIOS requires students to study a minimum of five and a maximum of seven subjects. There is a very wide range of subjects on offer; students, therefore, have much flexibility in selecting areas in which they are able to attempt an examination. however it would also difficult to give exam from two boards. so it would be better to  take mathematics with other subjects in your current board.

in kcet exam can I write biology exam instead of maths exam

SHUBHAM KUMAR 7th Jul, 2020
Hello Srushti ,

Yes You can write exam but If you will apply as PCB candidate then you will be eligible for B.pharma.

For pursuing a B.Tech degree through KCET exam, you need to apply as PCM candidate . Maths is compulsory subject for the eligibility criteria of the exam.

sir if i give maths exam of nios after passing in pcb from cbse .will i be declared passed or studying in class 12 during filling of NDA form .and are 2 marksheets allowed in nda (one of cbse and one from nios) .SIR PLZ ANSWER I AM VERY CONFUSED.

Sharon Rose Student Expert 11th Jun, 2020

Hello,

If you are yet to appear in Maths exam from NIOS you are considered as appearing candidate. And yes if you have passed Mathematics from NIOS you can carry two marksheets if you qualify in the exam and shortlisted for SSB interview. You don't have to upload your marksheet or enter your marks. You need to do that at the time of SSB Interview document verification. You won't have any problem,

Questions: i did my 12th board in 2019 by cbse board in which I got compartment In maths exam and did give the maths compartment exam but couldnt pass it Real question: I have 12th cbse marksheet in which I got compartment in maths only can I give my maths exam through nios now in 2020

Pankhuri Kumari 5th Jun, 2020
Hii!
Yes, you can apply to give the exam of class 12th of Maths subject via NIOS. NIOS is a recognised Board of education and thus, your Certificate will be considered valid. There is no problem in that. But, it would be better If you pass your Maths exam with CBSE only. This will help you get a clear marksheet where you have passed in each Subject.
Hope you understand.
Good luck!
