See each correct response in JEE-Main rewards you 4 marks so if you attempted 39 (13+16+10) questions correctly then your total marks will be 39*4=156 if you did not attempt any question incorrectly.

See if you attempt for 80 marks in Physics and Chemistry section but did not attempt any question in Mathematics then your total marks would be 160 if all responses are correct.
