As you may know the cutoff of BSc Mathematics group in BHU 2020 was 190 marks. Around 1292 rank is called for the counselling in phase 1 for General (M and F) and 2684 rank for general female is called hence I suppose your chances of getting a seat

You can definitely write jee mains exam after studying mathematics form NIOS board with minimum of qualifying marks.
Candidates must qualify their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
NIOS candidates can also apply for this exam. Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination students are also eligible.
