Manish, No. Your Maths subject will be valid and so will be the marks you scored. That will always be honoured even in the marks list. That will not be taken away from you or your marks list by any chance. Now you are studying Biology as an additional subject

Hello student no math is not mandatory for IPMAT entrance examination.

Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with minimum 60 percent in any stream marks from a recognized board.

Admission is on the basis of marks obtained in entrance examination and personal interview.

See as per you have done your 10 + 2 level in 2013 and now it is 2020. So my advice is that you you shouldn't  appear in the examination. But if you have some emergency is like any job purpose then you can reappear from any open schools.
