Hello student yes you're eligible if you full fill the eligibility criteria.

Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with Mathematics and English with 60 percent minimum from a recognized board.

According to the FAQs available at the official website https://ug.du.ac.in/index.php/site/faq, it says that you must upload the Certificate which is on your name.
