Yes, you can. You haven't mentioned which state board but in most of the state boards, until class 10 all students study common subjects. From class 11 only they get a chance to select their interest of subjects to pursue. So you can take PCM in class 11 without

Your marks are quiet good. As you belong to SC category, it will give you an advantage to clear CAT as the cutoff is less for SC/ST category. However for IIM Calcutta, the cutoffs of previous years papers were 70 percentile for SC category. But remember cutoffs do vary
