Your marks obtained by you in Maths Examination is not considered for NEET examination, so it really doesn't matter even if you fail in your maths examination.

You are good with Computers too then you can choose BCA.

see most of the bca course in colleges eligibility criteria is candidates must pass 10 + 2 (Higher Secondary) with Mathematics as a subjects  (or) Computer Science with Mathematics.qualifying marks may differ college to college.

If you want to crack JEE ..then maths, physics and chemistry are essential subjects for you and bio is not needed there...so it will add extra pressure on you...so better to receive little but with more concentration...I suggest you to choose non med to crack jee
