The main difference is both are holding different course like BA is stands for Bachelor of Arts and BSc is stands for Bachelor of Science .But as per my knowledge there is no difference between BSC and BA Math Honors ,both are holding main papers .

In jee mains 2 the paper will be of 100 marks, hence in order to score a decent percentile of more than 97 you need to score more than 60-70 marks in the maths paper.
