As per my knowledge,  Both BBA and Bcom offer similar career prospects.

If you are willing to do an MBA, then BBA will be the better option as it will help you build a solid foundation and develop your basics which will help you in your MBA.
But, in reality

you will be having maths in both BBA and MBA both so it is prefferable to have maths do do BBA + MBA
