well no you cant get into SRCC if you dont have maths in your 12th standard and SRCC offers 2 courses B.com (//B.com) and B.A(ECONOMICS).so it is necessary that the applicants have studied maths intheir 12th standard.

well Bsc maths hons is a UG course which is of three years and it mainly concentrates on the subject of mathematics and it consists of concepts like trignometry,calculus,algebra,laplace transfroms and many more .well to get into the course of bsc maths hons the eligibility is 10+2 from
see b.sc mathematics honors syllabus is totally based on mathematics, you should choose mathematics only if you are interest to go in real depth of mathematics, along with calculus, integration, algebraic equations chapter there is real analysis, statistics, quantum mechanics as an additional or optional paper.
see iits nits msc program is research based and after clearing the 2 years duration course students go for post doctoral research or phd program, now if you are lucky you may get some research fellowship in iits or nits, but mostly for msc course there is less placement
see age is not a bar if you are really interested to gain knowledge, however I would not recommend you to take science if you have no interest in pcb or weak in pcb. you may skip biology, you may take computer science or statistics or geography in place
