There are several courses you can opt for after 12th without Maths in Delhi. You can go for BBA, BCA, BCom, BBM etc. These courses you can do it without maths and you can either go for Government exams like SSB, CDS etc

To get a seat in engineering the cut off marks required in Maths , Physics , Chemistry are that you need to get atleast 60% of total marks . It may vary with different entrance exams . Some exams just require 50% of the total marks .

All it depends on the course you are opting for. The best four subjects are different in every course. Although including one language subject is compulsory but for maths it depends on the course you are opting.
