Dear aspirant
Yes you can do BSC mathematics with additional maths along with commere stream.Because for doing BSC in mathematics you should have math in your 11&12 school with at least 50% Mark'.
There is no such requirements of any other subject accept mathematics.

paper weightage is not known as paper is set by board officials and that is highly confidential. so you have to practice and cover all part as much as you can. Make a plan such that you will cover most of the topics in less time.

Both DU and JNU are great universities with ample of oportunities served. Both the universities offer these two courses.
But I would like to suggest you that for undergraduate courses you must give preference to Delhi Unversity and for your master's you must go for JNU.
