It is not possible to predict as you have not mentioned the exam name and selection criteria may change so you can't control score neither the cutoff. The only thing you can do is prepare well for the exam and give your best.

see cutoff scores is also depends on category, as you have mentioned your total score out of 300 is 160, but you did not mention your category, so I suggest you to check the percentile as jee main january session result is already published. you may check your result

see questions will be formed as per 12th standard exam and it ismcq based, however the difficulty level is below of jee main exam, however if you have prepared for jee main you have an added advantage, follow previous years papers and practice as many of mcq questions.
