Hey,
You don't need to have comprehensive knowledge of Mathematics for NEET. The question paper of NEET includes Physics,Chemistry and Biology(Zoology and Botany). You just need basic concepts of Mathematics that are required for the better understanding of Physics.
Just go through the previous years papers to understand the pattern.
