The entrance test will have standard questions from class 12 syllabus of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry along with basic English Grammar, Logical and Analytical Reasoning and General Aptitude.For getting more idea about the paper ,once prepare the previous papers .

You can but it is better not to be because Abs sign in your 12th marksheet won't reflect good.
Plus if you will include physical education in your best of four score there will be a deduction of 1.5% fo marks because physical education is not considered as Subjective/elective subject
