To get college like NIT and IIT ..according to the eligibility criteria .. candidates should score aleast  75% aggregate percentage of all five subject ..if you are from general category ..

It is compulsory to appear in CET for securing admission.Without CET admission is not possible.

Yes, you are eligible to appear in JEE mains.The eligibility criteria to appear in the exam requires you you to take up maths as an optional or additional subject in class 12.Since you had maths as optional subject you are eligible to appear in JEE.

For appearing JEE MAINS the required subjects are
Maths  physics  chemistry . as ur MBPIC  student or MPC Student you can appear for examination . you should have grip on these three subjects  so if you have an additional subject mathematics you can appear for JEE
