if you want ti increase you marks in your math subject or any other else then you should give the improvement exam for that for this purpose you have apply in your nios board for improvement exam .by giving improvement exam you can increase your marks.

If you want to get admission in Delhi University for B.com,you can directly get admission through merit basis even if you don't have Mathematics subject in your 12th class.But if you go for the entrance exam,Mathematics is mandatory to appear for DU JAT which will give you B.com
You would require maths to clear your entrance exam.In some colleges some basics maths might be taught to you and thats it,but i guess its mostly for architecture students.Then the rest is all on design skills.So you do not need much of maths.So yes you can become an interior designer.
