Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal
Hello!
I will tell you to choose NIT Surat !
Mechanical Department has got a huge list of experienced faculty in NIT Surat. Other departments are also individually good. Infrastructure wise, NIT Surat is much better than other NITs .
BEST OF LUCK!
Hello! Hope you are doing good
MANIT Bhopal:
In MANIT, M.Tech CSE is quite good. There is good placement opportunity, academics and exposure. Placements for MTech CSE are really good. Maintain a cgpa of around 7 and you're eligible to sit for every companies interview. Companies like Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, maq software, mu sigma, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, hashedin, de Shaw, directi, Flipkart are the recruiters.
COE,Pune:
It is a very old institution and has a name of its own. The alumna base is over India and abroad which is much more than the new NITs or IITs. Being an institution with a brand name, the faculties here are at par with those at the good NITs. Companies like Infosys, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, City Bank, Avaya, Barclays, Credit Suisse, MasterCard, HP, HSBC, AMDOCS, ORACLE offer quite a handsome pay.
In the end, which college to choose is your decision, make sure you make the right choice. Weigh your options and come up with what's best for you.
Hope it helps.

hello aspirant..
As far as last year results are concerned for admission in nit of your wish and course of your dream you need to have a percentile of about 95 plus . But that doesnt mean you cannot get admission in nits with this percentile . work more harder and try well for the next session of jee and also appear for the jee advanced.
Hi Monika,
According to the formula (100 - your total score) X 112679 /100 your estimated rank is coming out to be AIR 22535 which is a not a good rank for JEE- Main paper 2. Your overall rank can vary as the number of students appearing in the April attempt may increase.
NIT Bhopal has its last year's OBC cutoff as AIR 1856 which is very high. You may require 98 or even 99 percentile to get into this college.
According to the rank mentioned above, you cannot make up much score which is required for getting admission into NITs.. You can try for the state level colleges or some private institutions in your reach. Or you can work hard for April attempt to score higher and get into a good institution.

hello aspirant....
your percentile of 96.5 is well good enough for the admission in nit bhopal for b planning. if you are from general category you cannnot confirm that you get admission because you lie in the exact line of cutoff result of previous years result analysis. you need to try more hard so that you get more than 99 percentile in the next session of jee mains paper 2. refer this link for college related queries

hope this helps
all the best for your bright future
hello aspirant,
as per the previous years result analysis your percentile of 96.5 is not enough for getting admission in nit. but since the nta cutoff results have not released there might be slight relaxation in the cutoff as the seat in barch courses in certain nits have increased. so there is a chance for relaxation of the cutoff result. try hard for next session to get beyond 99 percentile.
hope this information helps
Hi,
Nits take admission on the basis of jee main merit / ranking.
With the mentioned percentile you can calculate your rank by using formula
100 - your total percentile score is the percentage of people ahead of you. 44517 are the number of candidates appeared for January exam.
So rank formula for you will be
(100 - 97) X 44517/100.
With this you can expect a rank around 1335.
If we look at the previous years cutoff for nit bhopal it is found that generally the closing rank for a general category lies between 1000 - 8000 for home state and other state qouta. However the cutoff for every year depend on the several factors like number of student appeared, difficulty level of exam etc. So you will find that each year the cutoff varies.
You can check the cutoffs in more details for each year through the link https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-manit-bhopal/amp
So with this score you can expect a seat in B.planning section in general category.
Best of luck.
