I suppose that by freezing, you have completed the formalities of getting your documents verified. Now, since you have chosen freez option, all you need to do is report to the college for registration. The new session starts from 17th July(tentatively). if you are getting the option between NIT Bhopal and DTU, you should definitely go for DTU as it better in almost every aspect.

AIR varies every year for all the colleges based on various factors like exam difficulty level, number of students who attended the exam, etc. Based on cutoffs in previous years, they require score of more than 550 and closing rank requires 450. So your chances of getting a seat in NIT Bhopal are very less.

It all depends on your rank that if the college can be changed or not. Since you have got the college you don't want, you need to further go for the float option. In this way, if any of the seat is vacant in the options filled by you above NIT Bhopal and it is feasible for you to get that on the basis of your rank, then that seat will be provided to you. Please check the order list that you have filled along with the previous year cut offs for the same college. This is the only way that your seat can be changed. You cannot get Mesra again since it is below NIT Bhopal in the list.

Well the 75% attendance rule is applicable for all the UG and PG students of the institute atleast on paper. However, when it comes to enforcement of these rules, most of the times it is not done so strictly. And most of the PhD students are busy taking classes anyways for their respective mentors so I guess attendance is not much of an issue.

As per the review of various students it can be concluded that since the electrical is a core branch so there are very few companies that visit the college for recruitment.But for students of Computer Science branch the placements statistics is good and they are offered the highest package among all branches.The average package of NIT bhopal for electrical engineering is around 6LPA.

the electrical students are 114 and cse students are 200 themselves so you cant expect all companies to allow electrical students but 50 to 60% companies allow electrical students which are consultancies and analytics companies.A few coding companies including microsoft allows electrical students even for intern.

Yes, first of all congratulations for getting a seat at MANIT Bhopal. You can certainly report to any of the NITs/ IIITs or GFTIs for the counselling process. You need to report to MANIT only after the completion of all the seven rounds of counselling for final admission.
