If you are getting NITs then you should probably choose in between the NITs 

VIT is no where in comparison to the NITs as it is a private college.

If you are getting NIT Bhopal I would suggest you should take that option.

Now comparing these two college i will say CSE in NIT bhopal is far better than IT in IIT allahabad in terms of placement . But if you are keen interested in coding then

NIT Allahabad IT hands down

Reasons

1. MNNIT CSE and MNNIT IT curriculum is almost same. So ou get to compete with around 250 students so naturaly your coding performance or other academic related performances will improve.

2. Our Alma mater. Yes this is the best thing at NIT A.

As per your percentile ,your expected rank will be around 2 lacs. Thus  it is not possible to get admitted to nit Bhopal. The cut offs are really high for nit bhopal. You may check the below mentioned link to understand the cut off pattern of previous years of
