In Nit Rourkela,you will have to compete with dual degree students for placements and rourkela does not allow internship in vlsi.Nit bhopal mtech placements are not good.

According to last year cutoff mechanical branch closed at 20929 for general rank so it likely that you can get a seat till the spot round.

If you are getting NITs then you should probably choose in between the NITs 

VIT is no where in comparison to the NITs as it is a private college.

If you are getting NIT Bhopal I would suggest you should take that option.
