I would suggest you to freeze your seat as IEST is a good college. moreover, If you don't get NIT, then you might be in a fix. Letting it float is quite a risk . If you are ready for it, do it and hope for NIT bhopal

NIT Surat

Academic wise, it depends on the subject you choose. Mechanical has got a huge list of experienced faculty in NIT Surat. Other departments are also individually good. Infrastructure wise, NIT Surat ranks better over many other colleges. Since less students so placement chances in a better company is high. Strength of around 60 in CSE.  Average package comparative to NIT Bhopal. 

NIT Bhopal

Strength of 200 in CSE. From past 3 years the placement is more than 90% with average placements greater than 8 LPA. Inspite of having 200 students placements are much better than other NIT’S. Very less classes .

Cut of CSE Bhopal is more than CSE Surat since the strength of CSE is 200 in Bhopal as compared to around 60 in NIT Surat.

You can get admitted in MANIT only through JOSAA counselling.In order to get admission you should score above75% in 12th board and score well in JEE MAINS exam. Every branch has opening and closing rank based on parameters like reservation category , home state/other state,etc.Your rank must be below the closing rank to get admitted in MANIT.

As per the information provided by you, MANIT Bhopal cut off rank as of year 2017 for CSE under OBC Category was 3986. 

So you need to have your rank below 3986. But for this year this rank can fluctuate so I will advise you to try for rank around 3500 to make sure you get a seat here.
