DAVV IET Indore admission is through MP BE counselling on the basis of JEE Main score but MANIT Bhopal admission is purely based on JEE Main Entrance Exam through JOSSA counselling.

That filling really doesn't matter in NITs as already the admissions are based on AIR in JEE Mains.
There won't be any issues with that wrongly filled apllication.

NITs don't have lateral entry for B.Tech courses.
The only way is through JEE Mains (after 10+2)

i would suggest you NIT surat if you actually want to study, NIT bhopal doesn't have a strict (about rules) administration department,also as it is one of the oldest colleges in the country so most of the equipments you will find will be of stone age.
