Both are different streams, if you are interested to opt any branch then definitely CSE in NIT bhopal is better than ECE in NIT allahabad.NIT bhopal CSE branch has around 99% placements with a min salary of 4lakh and avg salary of 9lakh.Many companies like Goldman sachs,Microsoft,Amazon,JPMC,deutsche bank,Directi,etc (It's a long list) hire students.

In homestate catogery CSE opening and closing ranks are 524 and 1909.
In otherstate catogery CSE opening and closing ranks are 1016 and 1559.
