Yes, you apply for admission in MBA through MAH-CET as 15-30% seats are reserved for All India category where candidates from states can also apply. And the eligibility criteria for non-resident of Maharashtra is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree after 10+2 with atleast 50% aggregate

1. Since  the cutoff of pondichery University for cat exam changes every year. Generally the cutoff for cat goes from 90 percentile and above. If you are well prepare for your cat exam you can score more than that.

If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into IIMs or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 50th. Also, spending more money on colleges

see its totally depends on you how much salary you do expect after the mba courses. b category type colleges have no placement record like iims, so you can not expect a tier 2 colleges can have same type of placement like iims. however there is many more colleges
