No there is no hinderance of choosing a commerce in plus two.In taking a commerce you have an advantage of  timing of one year than engineering as taking UG course.

Person having any background in their UG can do MBA.To know more about eligibilty and other details follow

The major difference is of duration.
Integrated programme is of 4 years but it also covers MBA.

Dual programme is of 5 years, in the initial 3 years the subjects will be of BBA and 2 years MBA subjects.
