What is the basic difference in integrated BBA and MBA or dual degree BBA and MBA?

The major difference is of duration.
Integrated programme is of 4 years but it also covers MBA.

Dual programme is of 5 years, in the initial 3 years the subjects will be of BBA and 2 years MBA subjects.

Both dual degree or integrated BBA+MBA is great in LPU. It really depends on your choice. If you think you can spare one more year in the study then go for a dual degree, or if you want to finish it off quickly and start pursuing your dreams, then go for the integrated. The difference of the both is well evident. Integrated course is a 4 year course and dual degree is all total 5 years. Integrated you cannot quit MBA and need to complete the course of 4 years to get the degree but in Dual degree you have a exit option after completing BBA and not continuing with your MBA.

Hi, dear. Well there are differences between integrated BBA and MBA or separate. The advantage for studying integrated BBA and MBA is that you only need to appear for once the entrance examination but for dual degree BBA and MBA you need to appear the entrance exam twice and appear for separate exam like CAT for pursuing MBA.

In integrated BBA and MBA, its a five years programme and no courses or subjects will be repeated and you can headway to advance level of study in management. Integrated BBA and MBA is from a same college and is a course which is of 5 years.

It is costlier and there is no guarantee of placements even after spending lakhs on it because generally you would end up in a MBA college which will cost you very much more than regular BBA.

Dual degree BBa and MBA is from different colleges.

Like you might pursue your BBA from any college that you may prefer or get it at a much cheaper rate and then do an MBA from a reputed college like maybe an IIM. And finally get a lucrative package for it.

Even after IPMAT IIM-Indore faces difficulties in placing their Integrated course students because the industry value is very low which is the primary reason why other more established IIMs have not yet started it.
