Yes, definitely you may pursue MBA after B.Com. you may pursue MBA in any of the specializations be it HR, Finance or Marketing & Sales. Operations, Supply Chain and General Management, are not generally preferred by B.Com Graduates, however you may even develop an interest in these domains.
