Do we have to pay donation for admission in MBA? Because if an institute takes 70k fees/year for a course which is being offered at sevral lacs/year fees in most other places, there is something extra to be given, right?
Hello Sujit,
I want to inform you that MBA is just not a degree to acquire for, an MBA aspirants undergo this course also for creating a premium Network because at well known institution like IIM,ISB have a very diversified students right from IIT graduates to top working Professionals so the fee they demand has its own value, if you compare other institutions and their fee their can be a huge difference and the main reason is the same I told you.
A MBA graduate from IIM OR ISB holds the same degree which a 2 or 3 tier college offers but they go through a very different environment.
Donations for admission is a completely illegal process any College offering admission through donations is regarded as an illegal process so if a college is offering you MBA course of 70k then officially that is the only amount they can charge but the on ground scenario can vary.
Hope this helps,
All the best!
